These terms cover your use of kirbyweb.works, run by Kirby Web Works, LLC. Paid project work (website builds, rescues, and care plans) is governed by a separate written agreement we sign together before work starts. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse, request an audit, and contact us. Please don't try to disrupt the site, abuse its forms, or use the audit tool on sites you don't have a legitimate reason to check.

The free website audit

The audit is an automated snapshot powered by Google PageSpeed Insights. Scores change from run to run and depend on conditions at the moment of the test. It's a starting point for a conversation, not a guarantee of any result, and it doesn't access anything on your site that isn't already public.

Pricing on this site

Prices shown are starting points. Your actual price depends on scope and is confirmed in writing before any work begins. We may update published prices, but never for work you've already agreed to.

Consultations and the booking fee

  • Booking a tech consultation requires a $25 non-refundable booking fee (about $0.90 card processing is added at checkout). The fee is applied toward your first hour when the consultation takes place as scheduled.
  • Unpaid bookings are released automatically after 48 hours so the time can go to someone else.
  • If you cancel, the booking fee isn't refunded.
  • If we have to cancel or can't deliver the consultation, you choose between a full refund of the booking fee or a credit toward future work.

No warranties on site content

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Kirby Web Works, LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or the free audit tool.
